The good – I've seen the Northern Lights! Norway in winter is very very pretty. We have some reasonable photos (although I feel I haven't improved a bit in the last 5 years). Had a good time off.
The bad – the customs and mess at the airport falls into this category and also the fact that this was a group trip and we haven’t spoken to a single "real" Norwegian (except for the tour guide Inger which doesn't count).
The ugly – the prices. Oh-my-lord!Norway was the most expensive country we visited so far (closely followed by Israel and Russia).
